Quite new to Hippo CMS and couldn't find the answer to this question, so hopefully someone can answer it, or point me in the right direction!

The location of static web files can be retrieved with <@hst.webfile path="">, but is there also a way to get the path for the root. For instance: localhost/site?

Thanks.

webfiles are actually not very static in a sense that you can upload new webfiles in a running environment.
For "real" static files which never change you can use site/src/main/webapp  folder and link to those files with <@hst.link path="" />
Just make sure you don't use context  (/site) in your path,
cheers

Thanks.

Thank you Marijan, this did indeed answer my question. It was the <@hst.link path="/"> which I was looking for.
