New option is disabled

Hi friends, i am facing an issue. In channels for creating a new page we need to click on page, in this drop down box need to click on 'New' to create new page but, this 'New' option is disabled. please help me out.

To create a new page, you need to have setup at least one page template ("prototype page"). And your channel needs a preview-copy of the HST configuration, but I guess the more recent versions are very likely to always have that.
