Hello,

Is it possible to have resources from the following urls:
packaged with hippo, instead of trying to get them from those URLS.

Reason for this is that some companies have heavily restricted networks, disallowing unknown (and even some known) URLs from being accessed. Not being able to access the above URLS severely hinders the usability of the CMS in general, and the Sitemenu component of the channel manager in particular.

It would be nice to have an option of having external scripts/fonts/images/icons packaged with the cms.war.

Regards,

Hey Martijn,
All binaries *are* packaged in the cms.war (except the
fonts.googleapis.com). A cdn loads them from the application as well

Interesting,

I tested it by removing my network cable, and brought up the Hippo CMS. The internal linkpickers and SiteMenu editors become unusable when it can't connect to the internet.
We now have content editors that simply refuse to use these features (instead rummage around in the console, which is scary for different reasons).
