Post Publication event not working

Post Publication event is not working without any debug in logs. It was implemented using the post processing stepsprovided at:  https://www.onehippo.org/library/concepts/workflow/workflow-events.html. Its working find one my local setup as well as dev environment, but not working on other environments.

Please suggest what could be a issue possibly. There isnt any error in hippo-cms.log, while catalina.out do mention about following issue on server stop:

20-Jun-2018 08:56:47.748 SEVERE [localhost-startStop-2] org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoaderBase.checkThreadLocalMapForLeaks The web application [cms] created a ThreadLocal with key of type [java.lang.ThreadLocal] (value [java.lang.ThreadLocal@23595e18]) and a value of type [org.apache.cxf.BusFactory.BusHolder] (value [org.apache.cxf.BusFactory$BusHolder@2c7ac452]) but failed to remove it when the web application was stopped. Threads are going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.

How do you deploy? Are you using the standard mvn -Pdist profile?

do you have a cluster setup in the environment where it doesn't work? If this is the case, have you implemented a local event listener or a cluster-wide one? Check also the documentation page [1] for more details about the possible implementations.

I wouldn't worry about those errors in catalina. They aren't relevant for the issue you have, and in most cases can be safely ignored.
