Preview functionality

Hello,

I am trying to figure out if the Preview functionality is available only on document based content (which happens as i see) or is also extended for preview changes which occured with the template composer on channel manager.

I have created a preview mount and i can visit pages with changed unpublished content but i cannot see the unpublished changes which occured with the template composer on channel manager.

Is it supported or is only for document based content?

It should work on both versions but I am also curious which version he
is using? How did you create the preview mount?

If that's the case make sure you save & close your changes in the channel manager before previewing.

what are the properties you have set on the 'preview' mount below hst:root?

Also IIRC the 7.8.6 already does not have the hst:content node any more which I see you still have. Did you try it with a clean archetype check out and then add a 'preview' mount with hst:type = preview

Hello,

i upload a video in order to check the steps that i followed. 

As you can see the preview works fine when making changes to documents, but there is an issue when making changes in Template Composer.

With upcoming 7.9.1, explicit configured preview mounts should serve preview content & preview channel configuration
