I want to know deatils about HIPI Tools and How HIPI Tools are used?
Especially I want to know more about Covar Tool and How it used?
Bcoz my project is based on Hadoop.

(In this project proposal, we propose to introduce an accurate and efficient image search by MapReduce application based on Hadoop Image Processing Interface(HIPI) to search the most similar photos in your local library.)
