Kernel Version 3.18.7 SPI MCP3008 doesn`t work

Hello everyone,
When i want to use the lib with the MCP3008 Interface i become an lib Error with the newest Kernel Version.
SPI transfer failed at /usr/local/lib/perl/5.14.2/HiPi/Interface/MCP3008.pm line 103
I have added the device tree parameter in the /boot/config.txt
device_tree_param=spi=on
The devices SPI appears again in the dev Folder.
How can i solve this problem ??
