updated debian packaging

Hi,

I have repackaged the trunk for debian,

it builds and produces a hphp in the deb. I also installed the needed php files so you can use the compiler.

the libevent hacks, i just commented out, so I have no idea if the server will run. But it builds and I can produce code.

more to come.
