Hint.css making a scrollbar

I'm currently using the hint.css to give some info about input fields on my form but my hint for password is so long that it makes a scrollbar.

I have tried making it 2 lines with a '</br>' and an extra data attribute but it doesn't seem to fix the scrollbar issue.

Is there any way to fix this problem?
