Please call the hotel directly once you arrive. They will instruct you to go to B5 arrival and shuttle driver will pick you up.

We are landing at LouisArmstrong airport at 10:30pm tomorrow night. How can I book the shuttle to pick us up for our reservation at Holiday Inn. The reservation is for three of us under the name Mandy Hickman.

Our flight has now been delayed due to bad weather in Chicago, we won’t be landing until 11:55pm. Will the shuttle still be available and also will we be able to check in?

Hello,
Our shuttle service does end tonight at 11:00PM, but it starts back up tomorrow morning at 4:00AM. You would have to take an uber or a taxi from the airport to the hotel. There will be taxis lined up outside of the airport exits.
