Gita Jayanti celebrations are
being conducted in our temple on December 5, 2009 between 9.30 am - 4.30
pm.
This is the anniversary day commemorating the day
that Srimad Bhagavad Gita was spoken by Lord Sri Krishna to
His dearmost devotee Arjuna at the place,
now known as Jyotisar Tirtha amid the waring families of the Kurus and
the
Pandavas at Kurukshetra. Gita Havan and Gita Recitation are being conducted
during the day.
Devotees can sponsor one chapter or the whole of
Gita.
Flyer containing the details is enclosed.All are
requested to participate.
Note: Volunteers are requested for various
temple work and also, during the New Year eve and the first day of 2010.
Interested persons are requested to sign
up in our website.
