Update on GIVE to the MAX Day -- GiveMN.ORG

Dear Devotees:

As you may have seen an earlier email from us, GIVEMN.Org has
organized a "Give to the MAX" day. This organization has about
$500,000 in matching funds that they will give out as matching
donations to all donations made via their website to charities and non-
profits in Minnesota. They will match donations made from 8AM today to
8AM tomorrow.

I want to give a quick update on the current status

So far 58 Donors have given a total of $38,000 to the Hindu Mandir.

Please take this opportunity to donate to the temple and get a
matching contribution as well. The website is waiving all transaction
fees so 100% of your donation comes to the temple.

So far the site has collected a total of $4MM from about 2000 donors
with "Second Harvest" getting about 249 donors. The non-profit that
gets the most donors also gets a grant of $5000.

You can pay your trustee dues, pledge contributions and any other
donations you wish to give to the temple via this website. Let us try
to get as many devotees to donate as possible to make the top 3 list
from a donor count.
