Dear Subbuji,

Thank you for sending us the link for this important book. I am really concerned  at the following statement in the very beginning of the book:
Adi Samkara Bhagawatpada incarnated in India to fulfil a glorious mission in the world in the eight century AD and His contributions to the world of thought, philosophy and bhakthi made Him live in the hearts of the millions devotees, scholars, philosophers and thinkers all over the world.

Adi Samkara, who was born in 8th century AD (E) was actually Sri Abhinava Samkaracharya, a great scholar and Mathadhipati of the Kanchi Kamakoti Math and not Adi Samkaracharya. In the beginning of the 20th century, the revered Mathadhipati of the Sringeri math issued a statement that Adi Samkaracharya was born on the 14th year of the reign of the King Vikramaditya, and he wanted the historians of his time  to find this king Vikramaditya in the ancient Indian history. It is evident that the revered Mathadhipati of the Sringeri math did not want to release the complete details as to who was the father of this king Vikramaitya and other relevant details, as he did not want to confront openly the historians of that time, who supported the fake AIT (Aryan Invasion Theory), according to which the Aryans came to India in the 15th Century BCE and that the Vedas were available only after the 15th century BCE and that the Ramayana and the  Mahabharata were imaginary / mythical stories.

I hope it will be of interest to you and the other readers  to know that around the time when the AIT was formulated towards the end of the 19th century CE, there was one Mr. Pathak, who came across a manuscript in Chidambaram, with the birth details of Abhinava Samkarendra Saraswati, who was born in Chidambaram and he became the 34th Mathadhipati of the Kanchi kamakoti Math in 788 BCE. As Adi Samkaracharya's birth-date in 509 BCE was incompatible with the AIT chronology, this crafty Mr. Pathak produced only a few selected pages of that manuscript and claimed that Adi Samkaracharya was living in the 8th century AD, so that this date falls in Line with the AIT chronology. The Government of that time supported this date and the most influential Sringeri math was forced to accept the 8th century AD, as the time of Adi Shankaracharya. Luckily for us the Indians the other Samkara-mathas stood firm with the Guru-parampara list of their own maths.

Unfortunately my friend Dr. Vidyashanka Sundaresan (VS) also firmly supports the wrong date of the 8th century AD(CE) for Adi Samkara, and he thinks that the Kanchi Kamakoti math is fake and that the Dwarka math is having a fake guru-parampara. I understand that  reportedly VS is too sick for the last few years, for me to argue with him on this topic. I fervently hope that  the revered Mathadhipati  of the Sringeri math will denounce the 8th century AD(CE) date of Adi Samkaracharya and that he would appeal to the present-day scholars, including the historians, to  help the Sringeri math to recover its true guru-parampara of his Math from the 5th century BCE.

Regards,
Sunil K. Bhattacharjya
