Funds released for renovation of temples

State government has sanctioned a sum of Rs 20 lakh for the renovation of temples in the taluk.

 
According to a press statement issued by BJP leader S M Ravinarayana Reddy, a sum of Rs 2 lakh is sanctioned for development of Anjaneyaswamy temple in Idagur, Rs 1.50 lakh for Chamundeshwari temple in Guttenahalli, Rs 1.50 lakh to Gangamma temple in B Bommasandra and Rs one lakh each to Mylaralingeshwara temple in Idaguru, Vasantaraya temple in D Palya and Rs 50,000 each to Eshwaraswamy temple in Gedare, Anjaneyaswamy temple in Katanakallu, Narasimhaswamy temple, Lakshmivenkataramana temple in D Palya of Manchenahalli hobli, Chowdeshwari temple in Kuntachikkanahalli, Jatalingeshwaraswamy temple in Mylaganahalli, Edaguru Akkayyagaru temple in H Nagasandra, Amaranarayanaswamy temple in Kalludi, Dandimarigemma temple in Nehruji colony of the town, Yallamma temple in Channabyrenahalli, Sevalal temple in Ranganahalli, Gangamma temple in Sonaganahalli, Anjaneya temple in Sabbanahalli, Marigamma temple in Cholasettyhalli, Bheemeshwara and Kannikaparameshwari temples in Idaguru and Sappalamma temple in Sadenahalli village.
