I'm using MAKE to automate report generation and route it to specific emails. Once in a while the scenario will stop and the error will say "maximum number of repeats exceeded". Which is strange because there are no repeats in this survey. On the MAKE community board, searching for this error message gives zero results.

Because it ran the second time you tried, it looks like it was an external factor (e.g. not because you were trying to submit attachments that were too large) although file size could be something to look into if it continues happening.

2 - Be careful if you decide to clean up your spreadsheet/database. I was cleaning up the app and decided to delete several work orders that were unnecessary. I then decided to remove these blank rows in my spreadsheet which created all sorts of issues with sequential numbering and work order creation. Not fun.

Hi My name is Mercedes, I was scrolling through looking for exactly what is posted here... sequential number for work orders. I attempted the formula, but apparently I've done something incorrectly because the formula is not working for me. I keep getting an error. I tells me I need an apostrophe before the equal sign because this is "1+1" formula and the [Year] is being looked at as "text". What have I done wrong? Thank you for your help

Unique() I recommend using a key. With the formulas suggested by friends for the row number, you can create the row number with a second column. Because doing this prevents the use of the same key when more than one person uses the application.

Why do you want to do it? Number is OOTB only editable by the Admin. This is to solve issues in numbering. It is done via a ACL on Task level, which is inherited by all child tables. Setting read-only for everyone makes it harder for admin to resolve numbering issues:

You have the option to turn the phone number field into option through your Online Store Dashboard > Shared Settings > Checkout > Advanced Settings. There you would scroll down until you see the box to check.

Hi Kassi, @Kassi_
Thanks for your message. I checked my settings and the "make phone number optional" box is already clicked.

When it is clicked, the customer gets the following message when trying to checkout without entering a phone number:
"The phone number entered is not a valid phone number." And the "Next" button goes into an endless re-loading loop (un-clickable). The only way to continue is to refresh the page and enter a phone number.

When it is not clicked, the customer gets the following message: "Field required" (which makes sense, but is not what I want).

Thanks for any additional info you can provide.

Hi @jahnfar. Thanks for sharing that. I'm here to help for Kassi today. So odd that it's acting that way. Are your customers telling you that the phone number issue is happening, or have you also tried it yourself to see how it looks? I'm curious as to what browser is being used when that error message is shown.

At this point it sounds like this may be a bug. The best thing you could do at this point would be to reach out to our Support Team so they can dig into this and your account. If need be, they can file a ticket with our engineers and have them investigate as well.

Looking at Square Online overview under Settings > Checkout, the option to remove the phone field is not currently available. I imagine this may be related to some postage carriers requiring a phone number for deliveries. A phone number is also a good backup contact option in case there is a typo in the email address a customer enters - from personal experience, this has happened to me while online shopping before and allowed the business to still reach out to me and provide an order update.

Well, there we have it, you'll be pleased to know that the loop is still in action, both on the latest editions of Chrome and Firefox, and I have toggled that puppy on and off so many times over the last day in the attempt to defeat the loop for a client that we're both a titch annoyed. I can absolutely replicate the issue in a test.

If the client does not enter a hyphenless phone number at the very beginning of their transaction (and this is the phone number toggle being set to optional) before they enter the ship to name and address, once they hit "payment" and enter their C/C information it loops them up to the top, asks for a valid number (w/o hyphens but it doesn't tell you that), then reenter the name of the person it is shipping to and then reenter the C/C number. If there is any error in the process, they get tossed to the top again to reenter the phone number, the name, the payment, then fingers crossed....

If you only want to make outbound calls you can purchase Conference Add-on and get the pooled minutes that come with that subscription. Then when you want to call out, you can use the Add Participants and dial out to a number. The number that is displayed on Caller-ID is the number of the bridge line.

@nc-novelt With Microsoft Calling plans will need to have a number assigned, but you can then use a CallerID Policy to replace that, for example with a number for a reception or contact centre if you don't want the direct number shown. Manage caller ID policies in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams Microsoft Docs

If you are using an SBC then no you don't need an externally routable number, my employer gives a core number with an 'extension' number. I don't care as no one has ever called me on it, I cant quite imagine why they would.

I am trying to calculate the number of working days remaining in a project plan, but if the end date is in the past it is showing negative numbers. How do I change this to show a 0 instead of the negative number if the task is complete? This is the current formula I am using: =IF(ISERROR(NETWORKDAYS(TODAY(), [End Date]@row)), "", NETWORKDAYS(TODAY(), [End Date]@row))

Hi everyone, Please send help. I have a formula set up to calculate total costs. However, I need to have it set up so that the total amount subtracts from a budget total. For example, say the budget it 20,000. I need the =SUM(Amount:Amount) to automatically subtract from the 20,000. I hope this makes sense. Thank you!

We are a call center essentially so some of our leads that come from outside vendors do not have an email associated. We are about to implement Hubspot CRM companywide so it is imperative that we can create a record without an email.

Right now, about 90% of our duplicates would be resolved with the aforementioned logic. Most contacts share same phone number and name but have different email. A majority of the similar emails are incorrect by minor spelling, an added digit or same prefix but different domain (yahoo.com vs gmail.com), etc.

And then execute your conditions and update the contact and delete duplicate one, but as you want to keep the recent one as primary you might think of updating the old contact to keep activities and histories alive.

4. When you get to an edge just make a crease in the cardboard so it bends easily. Making the structures is really easy and took about 20 minutes. These held together well after getting beaten with a stick but if I was making this for adults I would reinforce it with another layer or two of paper and glue. (Just apply glue to strips of paper and wrap the structures to give it extra support.)

8. I made a zigzag design and a scallop design for these two numbers. To maintain the design I drew lines on the number depending on how far apart I wanted the zigzags or scallops and then used that as a guide as I laid down the fringe.

I love the idea of a number pinata! The aftermath is much less traumatic than a mangled cartoon character. (I actually gasped when I read through that one step & thought you were referring to Friday Night Lights as being mindless. Must slow down when reading through such an exciting post!)

Hi there! This idea seems fabulous. However, I have a question: Have you already used the piata? How did it hold up to the beating? Seems like it would need a bit more reinforcement in the cardboard than just tape to hold up to the swaying and hitting. So, how did it do? Did it fall, or hold well?

Can you make this number plate readable? This picture is a screenshot taken from the CC footage. I have the original CC footage as well. The numbers in the plate are written in local language. So, if you can make it look a little better, we can guess the rest. I don't want to mention everything here, but for a clue a criminal used this van to kidnap a minor girl. this footage is the only clue we have right now.

I am a novice here. indeed, I open this account in adobe forum today just to get help. So, I really don't know what to do. However, I have the original video ( I cut short the relevant portion of the video, so the video is only about 10 seconds). How may I send you the video to work with?

There are many option to share video with someone or with anyone. You can upload video to YouTube, Google Drive or any other free online storage platform which supports video files. After uploading video copy link and send in email or share anywhere you want. Link looks like this " "

Thanks a lot. I have uploaded the video in youtube and shared it in here. but, it seems that the resolution/ quality of the video decreased after I uploaded it in the youtube. or is it only my perception?

It is not only your perception. People can still download video, just search for how to download youtube video. Another options is to upload to Google Drive for example and allow people to download easily. When setting share options choose can edit what will allow anyone to download file as uploaded.
