Check out RC-WinTrans. Its a commercial tool that my company uses. It basically imports our .RC files (or .resx files) into a database which we send to a different office for translation. The tool can then export a translated .RC file (or .resx file) for each language from the database. It even has a basic dialog box editor so the translator can adjust the size of various controls in the dialog box to be sure the translated text fits.
Also try AppTranslator: It has a build-in resource editor so that translators can, for example, enlargen a text box when need bo. It has separate versions for developers and translators and much more.
There are many situations when a computer user needs to view a document in a different language or create a document for partners and business prospects in a language that they understand. To resolve this challenge, most people engage the service of translators to help write the document in another language. However, that is in the past now. With the new PDF translator, any computer user can translate a document to any language automatically.
Our forms have been designed such a way that there is plenty of room for string expansion. So, we do not need a form editor to change the layout. However, translators need a form preview to see the context of the strings. We use several freelance translators that need to work simultaneously with the developers. We use CI/CD and new content appears almost every week. Finally, we have both 32-bit and 64-bit version of our application. We target to 6 languages.
