Dear Parents,

Welcome again after a short winter break!

Lets start our Friday series with learning about meditation in a very simple and practical way.

Today, Feb 22nd, Ms. Monica Jain will be leading the session on Body Scan Meditation in room 814 on the upper level.

Few things to just think about are-

       Are you a daily meditator?

Or  you have just started meditating and want to learn more. 

Or you think that meditation is good to do when you get old? or when you will have more free time?

Or you think meditation is not for me. 

Either ways this will be a perfect session to discover something new.

In the session she will share how to do this meditation, and its benefits.

If you are not sure whether this session is for you.  

 Take a small quiz, and see for yourself - Please answer Yes or No to questions below

1) Do you have aches/ pains in any part of your body?

2) Do you feel tired after coming from work ?

3) Do you have trouble sleeping soundly at night?

4) Do you get anxious in stressful situations for example: waiting for your or your loved one's doctors' results? or flying alone with small kids? or kid's exams ? or about your presentation?

This session is for "YOU" if you answered YES to any of the above questions. 

Let no REASON/ EXCUSE stop you to put YOURSELF first in your life.
