Dear Parents,

Dr. Nair has suggested that the session be as interactive as possible. Please see some of the questions that will be answered during the session. Please think of any more questions you may have and send it to me to be included in this list.

* Why can parenting be so difficult?

* Why do many parents face the same challenges again and again and how this can be seen as something good, an opportunity?

* Is it important to change the way we parent - if yes, where we should start?

* Is there a key principle to make parenting better and more easy?

* What are some simple steps we can take to make parenting a better experience for everybody?

* What is the difference between being loving and being permissive and how do we distinguish between the two?

* What can we expect to happen if we change our way of parenting and how do we know when we're on the right track?

Dear Parents,

Thank you all for the support last year. We are back with some very interesting topics to help us with our everyday lives.

The first workshop for 2018-2019 will be held this Friday, the 21st from 7:05pm to 7:55pm at the computer lab adjacent to the class rooms and the topic of discussion is
Conscious Parenting: How to Raise Confident, Resilient and Successful Kids. By Dr. Vijaya Nair.

This workshop is filled with spiritual wisdom that will help you better understand why conscious parenting is about discovering a child’s individual person-hood and purpose, and nurturing its path to fulfillment. Learn to release your struggles, fears, worry and stress  of making the “perfect” child. Instead discover principles for living the kind of family life we all long for: living with more ease, more love and more joy.

We will:
1. Highlight the key developmental tasks for these early years
2. Prepare for these tasks in a conscious way
3. Identify your own struggles and learn to master them
4. Create the right environment for your children to freely express themselves.
