Dear Parents,

The next workshop will be held this Friday, the 26th from 7:05pm to 7:55pm in room 814 on the upper level and the topic of discussion is “Introduction to Mindfulness”.

Our expert for this session is Ms. Monica Jain

Why do we need Mindfulness :

Mindfulness trains the brain to be focused, to have clarity, make better decisions, to unleash the innate creativity with compassion, and to be connected to others and our inner self.

It reprogram our minds to remove toxic emotions and enables us to RESPOND as opposed to REACT under any circumstance.

Mindfulness helps us to stay in the present moment and after all, this moment is all we really have. It is a gift, which, and that is why it’s called the “PRESENT”.

Outline of session:

Introduction of  Mindfulness in a simple way.
Fun filled exercises that make it easy to understand the concepts of Mindfulness.
Some simple and practical tools will be shared, that everybody can implement in their daily lives to be calm and peaceful in midst of all the life's challenges.
