Earnest Request for Mr. & Mrs. Chauhan on Humanitarian Grounds

Dear Mr. Varkey,

 

Hope this mail finds you in the best of your health and bright spirits. I am writing to you after a long time to draw your kind attention towards the abrupt process of cancellation of the visas of your staff Mr. & Mrs. Chauhan, who have proved themselves in the last 11 yrs of service in your group to be very dedicated and committed Hindi teachers in your Shj schools : OOEHS Sharjah – Boys & Girls respectively.

 

They have recently suffered a severe shock of their life by losing their very promising young son (who was in working in Etisalat and was in his early 20s) by food poisoning !!  In the last 11 yrs of service, they have taken leave from the school only to perform the last rites of their deceased son, a couple of months back. Now to add to that shock, the old couple have been served notice from the school that they have to leave the school by the end of this month ( June’ 2012 ) and their passports have been taken for the government formalities, whereas they were continue their services till March end’ 2013, as their visas are valid till June 2013.

 

Sir, I earnestly request you to kindly advise the school management to please not to cancel Mr. & Mrs. Chauhan’s visas let them to complete their duty till March’ 2013, as they will have nothing to do in their home town and will be compelled to be revived by the very sad memories of their son’s sudden and untimely demise.

 

After completion of their service term in your prestegous GEMS group , the Hindi Prasaar Sabha in the UAE requires Chauhanji’s & Mrs. Chauhan’s worthy & gigantic experience services to host the 10^th Vishwa Hindi Sammelan  in Dubai in 2015, as per kind guidance of the Hon’ VC of Mahatma Gandhi Hindi International University, who had visited Dubai in Feb’ 2012. Just for your info, the 8^th World Hindi Conference was held in New York  2008 ( inaugurated in the UN Premises ) & the 9^th one will be in Jo’burg South Africa in Sep’ 2012, which is organised by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India to promote the Official Language of India.

 

The Rashtrabhasha Prachaar Samiti was founded in 1936 under the great leadership of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Mr. C.
