Download the font "Rupee Foradian.ttf" (59 KB)

Install the font. (It is easy. Just copy the font and paste it in
"Fonts" folder in control panel or in c:\windows\fonts folder)

Open any text writer (MS word, notepad, etc.)

select font to be "Rupee Foradian", set a size of 12 or larger
otherwise the two horizontal lines get merged and appear a single line.

type `
this is the key above the tab key (top left corner key). press without
shift, without alt, without control.

you will get New R symbol.

however, only those will be able to see it who have this particular
font installed on their pc.
