i think they should contact any PNB bank near by or you can confirm the same from any branch nearer to you. PNB claims to be not deducting the same .But if any member has A/C in PNB in can try depositing money in NON HOME BRANCH.

other Solution is they can open A?C in ICICIC BANK A/C KNOWN AS NO FRILL A/C WHERE THEY DONOT HAVE TO MAINTAIN HEAVY AQB.
