The whole world knows, that the the actor was awarded a lesser punishment than what he deserved.
More
than 300 persons were killed on the Black Friday in 1992. Since then
except for 16 months, this actor was leading a normal and flashy life.
What about the families, who lost their loved ones, bread-earners? ? No media is talking about it. All TV challels / Newspapers are talking as if some 'Grave Injustice' has been done by the judge, by sentensing him to 6 years imprisonment. Our media is making terrorist a hero.
Even
Sh.Bal Thakrey, helped Sunil Dutt in withdrawing cases against his son
and many other politicians. This is ironical that a party which talks
of high moral grounds, also indirectly supported a terror supporter,
supporter of Dawood Gang.
There are many
records of Sanjay Dutt's role in the blasts, but he was charge-sheeted
under a relatively lesser stringent Arms Act and not TADA. Why this
favourism?? Many phone records of his talking to dawood, Anees and
Chotta Shakeel etc. RDX used in the blasts landed at his Pali Hill
residence also...
Why
was he not sentenced life term or longer jail term like other convits,
who did not match Sanjay Dutt's social status?? Why was TADA cases
withdrawn against him.
The judge had the
courage to sentence Sanjay dutt and other accused also public
Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam !! It is praise-worthy. May God Bless these
courageous professionals.
