Hi all,
We are submitting these in the hopes that you will find them useful and that you can use them to help other fellow Braille Sense users get the most out of their devices.

The keys listed in parentheses in this FAQ are for the QWERTY models.

Question: How do you backup and restore your personalized settings?
Answer: 1. open the file manager by pressing f1 (windows key) and then press ENTER.
2. press enter on the flash disk
3. press enter with f (alt with f) to make a new folder.
4. type a folder name such as backup
5. press enter to Finnish creating the folder
6. press space with z (alt with f 4) to exit the file manager
7. press f1 (windows key) to get back to the main menu
8. press s for settings and settings will open
9. press k to open backup and restore personalized settings
10. press enter a (control with a) to select all
11. press enter b (control with b) to backup your personalized settings.
12. press enter on flash disk
13. find the folder you created, in this example we created the folder backup
14. press space to select the folder named backup
15. press enter and your settings will backup

After an upgrade or hard reset your settings will get reset, here is how to restore them.
to restore your personalized settings from the backup that we created earlier in this tutorial:
1. press f1 (windows key) to get to the main menu
2. press s for settings
3. press k for backup and restore personalized settings
4. press enter a (control with a) to select all
5. press enter r (control with r) for restore
6. press enter on the flash disk
7. find the folder that you placed the backup in, in our example from earlier we called the folder backup.
8. Press space on that folder to select it
9. press enter and the settings will be restored
