We are going to organize our first Moment of Truth session for the new Ex-com.
Why do we need MOT, Moment of Truth?
There are six segments in Moment of truth which will help to do a baseline survey for the club. Based on the feedback from Members, the club can then proactively work on those agenda;
There are 6 parts in MOT;
1. First Impression
First impressions are important to club success because guest's positive experience and observations determine if they return and become members.
2. Membership Orientation
In order to offer members the greatest benefit from the toastmasters experience, the club must acquaint new members with the education and recognition programs and make members aware of their responsibility to the club and the club's responsibility to the members.
3. Fellowship, variety and communication
The club retains members by offering a warm, friendly and supportive environment that encourages enjoyable learning.
4. Program Planning and meeting Organization
When club meetings are carefully planned, with well -prepared speakers and useful evaluations, members are able to meet their education goals.
5. Membership strength
When the club has enough members to provide leadership and fill meeting and committee assignments, the member experience is heightened.
6. Achievement Recognition
The club motivates members to stay active by monitoring members' progress towards goals, submitting completed award applications immediately and consistently recognizing members' achievements.
The agenda sheet is attached herewith for your reference. This is a mandatory meeting for all members as it is an opportunity to share your thought for club growth.
