The terms and conditions of their appointment have already been explained to them during the campus interview and they have accepted the same. We have offered them consolidated stipend of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) per month for Diploma holders for one year training. If selected in the final interview, as soon as their final year examination is over, they may join our Organization.
