An FIR has been registered against former Himachal Pradesh Minister Singhi Ram for allegedly forging marksheet of his daughter to get her admitted to a prestigious girls college of Delhi.

The FIR was registered by the State Vigilance Bureau against Ram, who was Horticulture Minister in previous Veer Bhardra Singh Cabinet, under various sections of IPC, the vigilance sources said.
