SHIMLA, April 11, 2008: The Himachal Pradesh Cabinet in its meeting held here today sanctioned 200 posts of Ayurveda Pharmacists to be filled up 50 percent on batch wise and 50 percent by direct recruitment. The Ayurveda Department has been directed to arrange for training of Ayurveda Pharmacists in Government institute for the requirements.Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister presided over the meeting.It decided to enhance the Authorized Share Capital of the HP Power Corporation Limited from Rs. 50 crore to Rs. 200 crore for the present and further enhance the same to Rs. 300 crore by September, 2008.It approved transfer of land measuring 18,092 square meters to National Research Centre for Mushroom at Chambaghat (Solan) for upgradation of the center into a full-fledged institute subject to payment of latest market value of the land to the State Government.It further approved creation of functional organizational structure in the HP Power Corporation Limited subject to the condition that the recruitment process would be carried by the HP State Electricity Board.It also sanctioned two scorpios for the heads of Hydro Electric Projects of Kashang and Sainj being executed by the HP Power Corporation Limited.
