Stop by the club on Saturday, 11/24 for a Steak Dinner from 4 to 7 PM and a DJ, Nevermore Entertainment, from 7 to 11 PM.

 

Newsletters

Your 2007 newsletter should be arriving in the mail this week and next week.  Make sure to open it as you’ll find a Lucky 37 ticket stuffed in along side it.  Go to http://www.hillsiderodandgun.org/photos.html to see photos of the membership and board working hard on Sunday to get all of the envelopes stuffed!

2008 Membership Cards

2008 Membership Cards are here.  Life members:  Your cards have been mailed out with the annual newsletter and should be arriving shortly.  Dues are $15 if paid before 12/31/2007 and $20 if paid after 12/31/2007.  The last day to pay your dues is the Game Dinner on 2/16/2008.  If your eligible for life membership this year, make sure to tell the person who is filling out your new membership card.

 

Game Dinner

Drop off your donations of game meat for the game dinner to the Kitchen on any Saturday or Sunday.
