This morning I learned the City of Tuscaloosa is hosting an Alberta Public Meeting that will be held THIS WEDNESDAY July 10th from 5-6PM. All the information is below.

 

PLEASE forward this email to anyone you feel would be interested in this meeting. Tell your friends and neighbors. This is our opportunity to learn about plans for Alberta and ask questions and make comment.

TUSCALOOSA | City Hall is hosting a public meeting on Wednesday to provide information on a series of infrastructure and development projects in Alberta.

The meeting is planned for 5 to 6 p.m. at Yourway Furniture on 26th Avenue East in Alberta.

City officials said the come-and-go event is for residents — particularly those living in or near the Alberta area — to learn more about upcoming projects for this area that were brought on after or as a result of the April 27, 2011, tornado.

City Hall staff members will be on hand to answer questions about the final plans or latest updates on infrastructure projects like the Alberta Parkway, the new Jaycee Park and the replacement Fire Station No. 4, among others.
