1. Schedule for the next year. (try-outs, Draft, field days)

3. New Volunteers (Board Members, Managers)
4. Fund Raising
5. Sponsors
6. Prices for the next year. (3 tiers)
7. Budget projections
8. Concession Coordinator.
9. Rules (for the different levels) Do they need refinement
10. Equipment Needs - Budget.
11. Things to make our little league better
12. Managers Job Description ( I will work on this)
13. New policy regard Rain outs.
14. Policy regarding Dual participation.
15. Revised registration form.
16. Managers and coaches training. (Work with high school coaches?)
17. On-line Registrations
18. Review the Hillsboro Little League Constitution
