UPDATE: 3-24-2020 4:30PM

Dear Clients and Partners:

Serpico Landscaping will resume the following services:

Irrigation Repair and Water Management Services – Wednesday, March 25th

Landscape Maintenance Services – Thursday, March 26th

Tree Care Services – Monday, March 30th

We will be complying with social distancing and staying healthy requirements as laid out by the CDC. We will be complying with the safe work environment guidelines for COVID-19, issued by OSHA. We will be phasing our Maintenance Crews back into service with staggered start times, which will allow us to provide service, and still be as safe as possible while complying with all regulations/guidance to avoid group exposures.

We ask that all community members remain distanced from our staff at all times, in order to limit potential exposure to our 150+ field employees and managers. Our Administrative and Customer Relations personnel will continue to work from home. Out of respect for everyone’s well-being and to comply with social distancing, we will be shifting any needed site meetings to calls utilizing face time or voice conference for board members, landscape committee members, and community managers.

As we have stated before, it has always been our primary goal to do the right thing, to protect our employees and the people in the communities we serve. In this unprecedented and rapidly changing crisis it is an understatement to say that we have seen many mixed messages coming from local, state and the federal government. We have tried very hard to ferret out what we were legally and morally obligated to do.  Now that we have been advised from multiple public sources that the work we perform is legally considered essential, we are back to work.

Stay safe and healthy!
