UPDATE 3-22-2020
Due to Executive Order N-33-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newsome on March 19th - Serpico Landscaping Inc., along with all other California private/non-public works landscaping companies, has been forced to cease all field and office operations. It is important to note, that any private sector company still sending maintenance crews out is doing so unlawfully (p.15 pg. 1), and subject to police enforcement including citations with fines, possible jail time, and business license sanctions.
We are authorized to respond to the following irrigation system emergencies: back-flow leakage or malfunction, mainline/lateral break, controller malfunction, valve malfunction, and broken sprinkler head (if geysering). Should you experience any of these problems, please call our emergency after-hours line to report and authorize service. A member of on-call Management will return your call.
Please note that we are not providing emergency tree service at this time.
We have a small staff of designated essential personnel who will be working from home to monitor and respond to emergency calls and email questions and concerns.
Rest assured we are ready and anxious to get back to our field operations once the Executive Order to Shelter In-Place has been modified or lifted in a way that allows us to work safely. When that happens, we will be up and running.
In the meantime - we encourage all to stay safe, and maintain a firm resolve to beat this virus by doing your part with social distancing.
