Dear Mr.Kishor Tidke,

Your outstanding Maintenance Dues till March 2018 for flat no. 1/102 is Rs.3110/- & Nil for 5/701.

As I cannot carry mobile to my office, I could not attend your call.

Please inform your tenant not to keep their shoes, chappels, rack, etc outside the flat as we have started house keeping charges since December 2017.
