Dear Mr.Ashwin,

Thanks for writing to us. At the outset, let me clear your doubt that no MC office bearers / members including myself have refused to accept the letter given by Mr.Shinde. Secondly, the said letter is not with Mrs.Goregaonkar, Chairperson, rather it is lying in Society office. Without knowing the fact, please don't raise allegations on your own.

It is easy to throw words just like that. The reason behind was holding the second letter that Mr.Shinde being in a Management Committee cannot float letter with member's support for the second time. He could have asked for the reason during the Management Committee Meeting. Further, while giving the reply to his first letter signed by all 23 members we informed him about the same. In addition, you might be aware through Minutes of 17th AGM that, Mr.Shinde was forced to resign from Chairman post during last AGM owing to his illegal construction at his flat and Mr.P.Damodaran had submitted his resignation owing to his poor health.

Please note that in the first Mass Complaint letter there were 23 members signatures and we replied accordingly. We came to understand through some members that Mr.Shinde forced some members to sign the first letter to get mass support. The said letter did have hardly 12% support. We also understand that many members have refused to sign the letter as the current Management Committee is working for the betterment of members unlike past. Though Mr.Damodaran did not sign the letter, the mastermind in preparing the letter by these two Management Committee members those who have resigned from their respectable post as they could not cater their responsibilities.

The letter given by Mr.Shinde will be first discussed in the Management Committee Meeting. Meantime, I politely invited all 3 of you as in second letter out 23 supporters have been reduced to only 3 members, the Management Committee thought that to invite 3 of you and sort out the problem.

We would have accepted the letter if it is not signed by Mr.Shinde and would have replied in no time unlike all these years, no reply was sent to anyone who gave the letter to Society office owing to poor Manager. But now, I am prepared to reply authentically to the relevant question. If you can do so, please take the letter back from Society office strike off Mr.Shinde's signature after his consent.

We are looking forward to hear from you  through mail or in person. Please kindly note that it is better to get clear all queries in presence of Management Committee Members rather than through letters. Hope you will be available at 12 noon.

We have given our rejoinder to our letter but you refused to acknowledge the receipt of the same and the said letter is lying with Mrs.Goregaonkar without any endorsement from the society, really surprised how can MC refused to accept the greivances of any members. Also it has been noticed that 1st letter you shared to all the members on WhatsApp, mail and notice board however, you skipped to share our rejoinder is there any specific reasons. 

Further the letter was not referred to you by only 3 members as mentioned in trailing mail.

Moreover, there is nothing to discuss on that letter/queries and the agreived members will take the appropriate steps in due course.
