I live in Flat no. 202 Building no. 5. This is regarding the incident happen on 10th of January in our society premises. I was selling my car, so a buyer came and was taking the car out from parking for test drive. He banged the car into a tree and the car got damaged. This buyer is now not repsonding my phones and is not ready to pay the damages. I have filled a police complain but it seems no help from local police. 

I am out of country and my wife lives in the flat now. She spoke to Security guard and they said we can request for the video clip as proof from you. Please assist us in providing the video clip which is the only proof that he was driving the car and crashed it in the tree.
