Intimation of change of AMC in Hill Crest CHSL with effect from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019

Dear Mr.Ganesh,

Thank you for your Quotation for the Financial Year 2018-19.

I hereby inform you that your AMC will be over by this 31st March 2018
as the AMC is awarded to another firm with effect from 1st April 2018
to 31st March 2019.

In this connection, we have paid till date all your Quarterly bill, in
case if any pending payment is due from our side, please the same may
be released after the justification. Regarding the change of FAN in
LIFT in B.No.4, I hereby request you to produce the warranty as it is
necessary for Auditing purpose and for maintenance within one year of
installation.

I really express my sincere gratitude to you and all your colleagues
for rendering extensive service to Hill Crest for the last two years.

I am confident that we will meet once again over the years to come.
