Dear Secretary/Committee

Time and again I have requested and reminded to keep the parapet of B.5 cleaned every month .

The matter was brought to the notice of Society Wats app group and to the Manager repeatedly.

The dust and pests creates serious health problem. Due to the dust and insects blown to my home I have to keep the windows closed and not getting air circulation. 

The maintenance charges is utilised to maintain cleanliness in the society. The sweeper should be  asked to clean the parapet once in every month.  Besides his monthly salary the Sweeper is collecting Tips on Diwali.
