Sir,
Following documents are necessary as Annexures to the Conveyance.
Annexure “A”
a. List of flat purchasers along with relevant details including
payment of stamp duty
(Sample copy enclosed).
Annexure “B”
a. Copy of O.C. for Building Nos.1 to 5 and Building No.6 along with
Plan for Conveyance.
b. Copy of City Survey Plan.
c. Architect Certificate for balance FSI.
d. Copy of Power of Attorney in favour of Shri Mohan Deshmukh.
e. PAN Cards and Adhar Cards of all the Signatories.
I will ask Architect Shri Shashikant Deshmukh to issue balance FSI
Certificate. Before fixing date for execution of conveyance,
following steps will have to be followed :
1. Complete document along with all the Annexures on the ledger paper.
2. Get the documents thoroughly checked from your stamp duty consultant.
3. After document is fully ready, ask your consultant to contact us
for payment of stamp
duty. After the stamp duty is paid and the document is
complete in all respects,
we can fix up the date for signing and registration.
