We acknowledge receipt of your complaint regarding continuous water leakage from Flat No. B-5/204 affecting your flat B-5/104.
The Society takes this matter seriously, especially considering the inconvenience and damage caused to your premises. As informed, this issue has also been observed during the recent structural audit.
Please note the following actions being taken:
The Society is in the process of contacting the owner of Flat B-5/204 to arrange access to the flat at the earliest.
If the flat remains inaccessible, further action will be taken as per society bye-laws to address the leakage issue.
Upon gaining access, necessary inspection and repair work will be carried out on priority to stop the leakage.
Post repair, you will be informed so that you may proceed with cleaning/restoration work at your end.
We understand your concern regarding the delay and assure you that the matter is being followed up on an urgent basis.
We request your cooperation and patience until the issue is resolved.
