1)  Final Draft of Conveyance.

2)  Copy of the side letter to be given by us to the Society.

3)  Copy of the letter to be sent by the Society to Thane Municipal Corporation.

You are requested to please go through the same and fill in the blanks and
also complete all the Annexures as mentioned in the Draft.

Sir,

As discussed with your Chairperson, we are sending modified Draft of
Letter (Point Nos.1 & 3), Draft of NOC to be sent to Thane Municipal
Corporation and relevant Page No.11 of Conveyance Deed(changes in bold
letter).  We also request you to kindly let us have a copy of the
Resolution passed by your General Body for execution of Conveyance and
also for allowing Deshmukh Builders to consume balance FSI of 210 sq.
meters.
