Dear Members,

Good Morning to all.

Please find attached pdf file which is a Mass Complaint received from
24 members of Hill Crest Society seeking clarification from Management
Committee about the Solar Project, Society Office functioning without
Manager, Funds Management, Notices and Complaints whatsapp Group etc.

Yesterday, I have received the Mass Complaint letter through our
esteemed ex-Chairman and Member of Current Management Committee
Mr.Ranjeet Shinde seeking the clarifications as mentioned above.

In this connection, I would sincerely request all the members to go
through the same and comply with your valuable information on the Mass
Complaints received.

Though the Management Committee will reply to this letter within
stipulated time, I consider that each and every member should be aware
about the Mass Complaint letter which is floated by the members in
which some members have not attended the 17th AGM held on 24/09/2017.

For better clarification purpose I am attaching herewith the pdf of
Minutes of 17th AGM for your reference wherein it was clearly
mentioned about the installation of Solar Project, How to go about,
Advantage of Solar Project etc. Proposed interest on principal to be
invested by investor etc.

Once the reply is prepared for the above Complaint letter, the same
will be informed through mail, whatsapp Group and all Notice Boards.

Today the said 3 pages Mass Complaint letter will be displayed on all
6 Building Notice Boards and Security Notice Board for information to
all members as Current Management Committee believes in Transparency
in all its functioning.

I would welcome suggestions by other members and investors with their
comments on the said Mass Complaint Letter. (other than complainant
and singed members)
