Non-Compliance in submission of Documents for Conveyance

Kind Attention : Mr.Harshad Anokar & Mr.Pravin Kharat

This is to inform both the flat owners in spite of enough time given for submission of your flat documents viz. Registration Receipt, Agreement, the New Managing Committee have decided to give you time till 3rd March 2017 for submitting your Documents in the Society Office, failed to which, your flats will be declared as "Unsold" in the Special AGM to be conducted in March 2017.

You are therefore requested to submit the documents before 3rd March to avoid the decision to be taken by new Managing Committee.

Good move to declare the flats as "Unsold".Even after making the other HC members suffer unduly, this step is right.

Dear Mr.Pravin,

This is with reference to your reply dated 27/02/2017 requesting to give 15-20 days time to submit documents, but there is no positive action from your side regarding submission of documents for your 4 company flats. In this connection, we are looking forward to hear from urgently failed to which the Managing Committee will call for Special AGM to make your 4 flats unsold in order go ahead with Conveyance Procedure.

Looking forward to hear from you within 24 hours time for the final decision to be taken to go ahead with conveyance procedure.

Dear Mr.Harshad Anaokar,

This is with reference to your mail dated 16th March 2017 wherein you have mentioned that you have given the documents to Dr.R.Govindan, but we have checked that the said documents was unregistered one which is not useful for the Conveyance Procedure. In addition, we came to understand through Dr.R.Govindan that he requested you to call the builder office for getting the help. Further, the letter provided by you from HDFC is of no use for the Conveyance Procedure.

The Managing Committee had given enough time to you for submitting the documents but you did not oblige to the same. In this connection, we are looking forward to hear from urgently failed to which the Managing Committee will call for Special AGM to make your flat unsold in order to go ahead with Conveyance Procedure.

As i informed earlier, my file with the original house document is misolaced and cant be located.
I provvided a copy of the agreement  to mr govondan and since i could not locate my receipt, i have provided letter from HDFC in support.
 I dont know what else you want me to do. Declaring the flat unsold is incorrect and may cause me trouble in future. Please do not take such decision without consulting the legal advise.
Please let me know your number so that i can talk to you if you wish.

Hi Sir,
I am not sure if it is relevant to answer the above email now. Nevertheless, i check in my documentation, i had submitted the above details on 15.07.2005. I am attaching herewith the acknowledgement from Hill Crest Society Office about receiving the documents.
