Please note we do not have any four wheeler. but this excel mentions one 4 wheeler against our name.

Don't scrap hard copy of maintenance bill. Its very vital documents and its require when buying/selling of
property or any new connection like telephone/e'city/school admission;  hard copy of Maintenance bill with round stamped and signed document compulsory.

You can send a soft copy of the bill month wise additionaly.

Dear Mr.Barun Paul,

I may partially agree with your view that the hard copy of the Maintenance Bill/Receipt is required only at the time of buying/selling property. But no member in our Hill Crest Society buys/sale flat every month.

The hard copy can be issued by the society at the time of buying/selling the flat to the individual member concerned. No Bank or any other Financial Institution require the old dated bills/receipts, they require only the current bill/receipt.

Even if you look at the AGM Minutes of the previous years, only very few i.e. < 10 members only purchased or sold their flat in our Hill Crest Society. Why to waste 186*12 = 2232/- A4- pages and Toner, electricity,  from society funds.

I hope that many of the members may agree to what I am trying to say.

Hello All,

First of all sorry that I am interfering in the middle of your conversations.
As per my understanding, maintenance bill through email will be in a kind of an attachment sent to us.
Also, the hard copies that we get are anyways not on any official paper. 
So instead, for our future use, we always have an option of taking a print out of the maintenance bill sent via email.

Correct me if I am wrong, Mr. Govindan

Yes. Indeed you are correct.

Not only that as I mentioned earlier in my mail that if anyone wants such kind of stamped receipt and bill for any kind of transaction, the current Managing Committee will be always there to help the people.

My idea of introducing email for Maintenance Bill is that anyone can see their bill at any time those who are frequently accessible to internet and checking their mails, secondly the hard copy always goes in vain ( as I have noticed in many of the members ) they always used to ask the society office on phone that what is their dues like to be paid instead of checking their own bill.

Well. Every individual has got their rights to express their opinion, (both +ve or -ve), but I would like to help the +ve instead of -ve as it can be convinced or corrected at any stage.

I appreciate your intention and good sense but for what ? Only for Rs. 740/- yearly.
One box A4  contain 500 pages .@185/- per box.
So, for 2000 need 4 boxes. 185 X 4 = 740 /- Rs.

So , why we need to change a system for few hundred bucks  instead give additional information 
through e-mail/any other way if any.

This are cosmetic in nature .
Main works are neglected instead of very simple unwanted matter mind  diverted.

1. I have seen lift is not working properly for bldg no. 1 ; may be other wing also
2. some one cries for gutter water over flowing bldg no. 6 etc

NOW, I AM ASKING TO WHOLE COMMITTEE :
FOR OVERHEAD ROOF SHED WORK HOW MUCH WE HAVE PAID LAST YEAR.
AND HOW MUCH SOCIETY LOST .

IF YOU FLOAT A TENDER FOR ABOVE JOB THEN
IF 1600000 THEN SOCITEY LOST 40000/- + (INTEREST ON EMD 10000)
ALSO IN TENDER ALL TERMS AND CONDITON IN FAVOUR OF SOCITEY
BUT IN THE FORM QUOTATION ALL TERMS OF CONDITON IN FAVOUR OF
CONTRACTOR



Please I dont have any personal animity  but its my view for the society only.
