Regarding payment of Maintenance Bill for the month of March 2018

Dear Members,

I hereby request the members those who have not paid their maintenance for the month of March 2018 and / Maitenance bill pending over few months/year are hereby requested to pay their bill through cheque / ONLINE payment through NEFT/IMPS or Commonfloor apps from mobile. 

I will be sending the details of Dues of Defaulters in their personal whatsapp / SMS in order to get their payment before 31st March 2018.

Please avoid last minute rush in payment of your bill so as to meet society expenses.

Good Morning Dr.Amit,

In your case, you have to pay only Rs.200/- towards the two NOC taken
for passport verification, as you have paid the maintenance from April
2017 to March 2018 in advance during May 2017 for both the flats.
