Practice triathlon this weekend

Hi guys,

I need to do a practice run through of the Blanco Vista Splash n Dash.  So this Sunday at 8:00 am we will have a mini Tri.  Yes I know the splash n dash doesn't have a bike portion;)

Swim 200 yards, run 4k and then bike 5 miles.  If interested, let me know.

If you have kids who want to practice at a reduced distance, you are responsible for them as I will be participating.
