I am swimming at 7am at our soon to be new clinic venue. Stonefield community in Buda if anyone wants to join. For directions just look up stonefield trail Buda tx. I will be there from 7-8

Had to leave the pool my son was giving the wife a hard time. I will post my next workout soon.
