Sponsorship Appeal

Hello Club-

 

As our 7th Annual Kids and Family Tri appropaches on July 21, I need to ask for your help. 

 

As the sponsorship chair, I am challenged with bringing in the money to make our event a financial success. So far this year, I have sadly seen a decrease in participation from a few of our sponsors, so we REALLY need some new ones.  Our target goal is to have all our sponsors in place by May 1.

 

I need to ask each of you to please reach out and help wrangle some sponsors. Any one of you can identify a sponsor and close the deal. I need every person to reach out and get some new interest in our tri. Attached is our appeal letter along with the level information.

 

I can answer any questions you have about sponsorship or if you want any guidance on how to approach, who to approach, etc. Basically, we are in need of cash, product, race prizes, etc. 

 

So, come on ya'll and hop on the sponsorship bandwagon with me.   ;-))
