For all hikers who are registered for HFL17, please remember there is still time to collect donations from friends, family, and colleagues.  Please have them follow the directions below to sponsor you.  All proceeds greatly benefit the NY Blood Center, a lifesaving organization!


If you have not registered for HFL, you can still sponsor a hiker or make donations online, and if you wish to participate in the 5/21 event, you can register at Heckscher on that day.

For our 11th year, we are again hiking long distance to help the NY Blood Center raise funds and awareness for their lifesaving mission!

In a week and a half, on Sunday, May 21, we will be hiking 28+ miles from Heckscher State Park, and every donation counts!

If you are able to support Hike for Life 2017 or make any donation,
please go to https://support.nybloodcenter.org/ and follow these simple steps:

1. Donation Information: Click on amount or enter amount donating.
2. Click on Designation: Select “2017 Hike for Life – Long Island”
3. Complete Billing information.
4. In Tribute Information: Type: Select “For the Sponorship of”
5. In Name field: Type name of Hiker sponsoring 
6. Click Support NYBC to submit donation.
