Celebrating 11 years of steadfast partnership, New York Blood Center and Long Island Greenbelt Trail Conference are teaming up once again on May 21 for Hike for Life 2017, an annual fundraising event to raise awareness and financial support for New York Blood Center. The day includes four levels to pick from, for the adventurous hiker to family friendly, ranging from 3 to 28 miles. Proceeds from Hike for Life support New York Blood Center’s life-saving mission in addition to promoting the need for blood donations.
